| Play Groups For Your Dog |
This play session meets on scheduled dates and is open to any dogs six months and older who have GRADUATED
from a Pet Professor training course or equivalent. If you haven’t taken a class/private session from Pet Professor,
your dog will be evaluated before being accepted into this program.
Pet Professor offers a safe, controlled, peaceful environment where dogs are hand selected and matched for play
dates. There will be a maximum of 7 dogs per play group. Each group will be categorized by personality, size, and
play style.
These days, many dog parks are closing because of unruly dogs and disrespectful owners. Dog parks are not
supervised, have no caps on the number of dogs, and often times are too large. There is always a risk that owners
may not be able to control a problem situation quickly, so this may not be a safe environment for exercising and
socializing your pup.
If you would like to give your dog a chance to burn off that extra energy by running and playing with other well-
socialized dogs – and work on your training, this is for you. The play sessions are held outdoors at one of two
locations in Bridgewater in a contained area and supervised by an instructor. Dogs must be able sit and settle in the
presence of other dogs with their owners. Owners must be able to control their dogs.
Basic Requirements – all dogs must be:
Neutered/spayed
Have up-to-date vaccinations
Social, well mannered and able to follow basic instruction
Free of aggressive/dominant tendencies (please call for further clarification)
Please note: To insure everyone's safety, this class is NOT appropriate for any dogs that have, at any time, displayed
fear or aggression toward other dogs or people. If your dogs has dominant tendencies and likes to challenge other
dogs, this is not an appropriate choice. Your dog will need to leave playtime immediately if these behaviors occur.
Additionally, excessive barkers are not permitted as this can create anxiety for other dogs
